What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee depending on the service type.
Can I change or modify my reservation?
Yes — call us at 848-336-4270 as soon as your plans change. Reservation changes are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability, and earlier notice always helps.
Is gratuity included in the fare?
No — gratuity is not included in the fare. Tipping is optional and always appreciated, at whatever amount reflects your experience.
How do airport pickups work?
Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign. Real-time flight tracking and complimentary wait time are included on every airport pickup, so late arrivals and baggage delays are already covered.
Do you provide child car seats?
Yes — child seats are available on request. Please mention it when booking so we can install the correct seat before pickup. A small additional fee may apply.
What can I expect inside the vehicle?
Every vehicle is non-smoking, immaculately detailed, and stocked with complimentary bottled water. AUX audio is available in all vehicles, and Wi-Fi is offered in select vehicles. You are welcome to request a specific vehicle, subject to availability.
Can you handle multiple pickups or drop-offs?
Yes — multi-stop pickups and drop-offs are supported. Please share all stops when booking so your chauffeur can plan the most efficient route.
Do you offer hourly service?
Yes — hourly rates are available for as-directed bookings when you want the vehicle and chauffeur at your disposal for a set block of time.
Are there discounts for frequent travelers?
